Shipping Policy

We ship from NYC.

Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are a small team and may occasionally require extra time for processing. Thank you for your understanding.

We ship both domestic and international. USPS Priority is the only shipping service we work with at present.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

For domestic shipping, it usually takes 2-3 days from ship date for delivery, however please allow for up to 7 days. For international shipping, please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for delivery. Further delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Yamato Indigo is not responsible or liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the package has been shipped. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier immediately.

 

 

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unopened, unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or you've received the incorrect item, please email us as soon as possible at info@yamatoindigo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and we endeavor to do our best for a satisfactory solution.
