Workshop Policy

All workshops require deposit or pre-purchased tickets. Your reservation is not confirmed unless the deposit is completed. All tickets or deposits are non-refundable. They may be transferred to future workshops only if you notify Yamato Indigo (info@yamatoindigo.com) 48 hours prior to the workshop’s starting time.

Workshop price, amount you can dye, and type of items you may dye are stated in the workshop description and are non-negotiable. 

You must be older than six years to attend the workshop. Kids under five years old are not permitted in the workshop studio. Kids under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who also holds workshop tickets. 

All participants are required to purchase tickets. No visitors or observers are allowed in the workshop. Individual tickets cannot be shared.

Please come wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that you won't mind getting due on. Yamato Indigo will not be responsible if your clothes get dirty during a workshop. 

Please arrive to the workshop on time. Entry may not be allowed after 20 mins of the start time of the workshop. 

Only non-alcholic beverages are allowed in the workshop. If you would like to bring alcohol and snacks, please confirm this when you make your reservation. An additional clean-up fee may apply.
