WORKSHOP POLICIES

Please read before signing up.

🎟 Ticket Policy

  • Pre-Purchased Tickets Required: All workshops require advance ticket purchase.
  • Non-Refundable: Tickets and deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future workshop if you notify Yamato Indigo (info@yamatoindigo.com) at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • All Participants Must Have a Ticket: No visitors or observers are allowed.
  • Tickets Cannot Be Shared: Each participant must have their own individual ticket.

📌 Workshop Details & Pricing

  • The workshop price, the quantity you can dye, and the types of items included are clearly stated in the workshop description and are non-negotiable.

👶 Age Requirements

  • Participants must be 6 years or older.
  • Children under 5 years old are not permitted in the studio.
  • Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult, who must also purchase a ticket.

👕 What to Wear

  • Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you don’t mind getting stained.
  • Yamato Indigo is not responsible for any damage to clothing during the workshop.

⏰ Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time. Entry may not be permitted if you are more than 20 minutes late.

🥤 Food & Drink Policy

  • Only non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
  • Food is not permitted during the session.
